Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All of our orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

If your order is placed after 10am Friday, it will ship the following business day.

Orders are not processed and do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

We are a small business and do enjoy getting out to motorcycle events and spending time with family. During these times we will not be shipping orders, and we'll always post a notice letting you know when your order will ship.

Shipping Holidays

Orders are not shipped during these Canadian statutory holidays:

  • New Year's Day: Thursday, January 1
  • Good Friday: Friday, April 3
  • Victoria Day: Monday, May 18
  • Canada Day: Wednesday, July 1
  • Civic Holiday: Monday, August 3
  • Labour Day: Monday, September 7
  • National Day for Truth and Reconciliation: Wednesday, September 30
  • Thanksgiving Day: Monday, October 12
  • Remembrance Day: Wednesday, November 11
  • Christmas Day: Friday, December 25
  • Boxing Day: Saturday, December 26

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free ground shipping on orders over $99 CAD.

Canada Post Regular Parcel shipping is 2–9 business days.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping is 2–7 business days.

Canada Post Xpresspost shipping is 1–3 business days.

UPS Standard Ground shipping is 1–5 business days.

Due to our supplier restrictions we currently only deliver within Canada.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to mother nature and/or other mishaps. HOLIDAY SEASON shipping times are known to have delays and arrive later than estimated.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

I Think We Missed a Turn can ship to P.O. boxes via Canada Post. If you have a large order or large item, your package will most likely be shipped by courier (UPS), and couriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Small items like sticker orders may be sent via Canada Post Lettermail and will not have a tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

I Think We Missed a Turn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

I Think We Missed a Turn is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
