The trip up over Koch Creek Pass is a local classic. Can be used as as a fun shortcut between Fauquier Ferry and Highway 6 in the Slocan Valley.
Koch Creek Pass
Heading up and over either direction is a local dual-sport rite of passage. Heading West you have to climb ‘that step, loose bit’. A long uphill climb, it can be a challenge for a loaded or bigger bike. Difficult to get going again if you have to start in the middle. Always good to have a few extra hands to get you moving again.
