Naturehike Star River Tent.
This is a bit more of a long-term review of the Star River tent, we’ve been using it as our primary tent for 2 seasons now. Solo, I use the Vik 1, but this is the couple’s tent, which is the majority of the time.

- Solid Constrution: The main tent body is constructed of 20D ripstop nylon and bug netting. The rainfly is also 20D rip-stop nylon or Sil-nylon depending on the model. I have the Sil version and it’s fantastic. PU4000mm water-resistant & UV 50+ sun protection guarantee. The poles are 7001 aluminum, lightweight and solid. Comes with Reflective guy lines and 7001 aluminum tent stakes all stuffed in a rip-stop nylon carry bag….
- Just big enough: Tent body: 84.6(L) x 51.6(W) x 45(H) inches. Rainfly has two extra 25.6in expandable vestibules: 103(L) x 55(W) x 40(H) inches. Package size: 15.7(L) x 5.1(W) x 5.1(H) inches. Weight: 5.0/5.3 lbs (including tent and all accessories).
- Easy set up: Freestanding design,quick and easy to set up, it takes less than 5 minutes to set up. Packs down small and comes with an ultra-compact compression bags so you can pack it small.
- 3 Season Tent: There’s a lot of mesh in the main tent body, which is great for ventilation and controlling condensation in warmer weather. So naturally that same ventilation isn’t ideal once it gets colder… And when the weather is nice, leave the fly off for a breeze and view of the stars.
